This approach was shaped by 14 years at Papa John’s International, where I led cross-functional teams and learned how to navigate complex decisions, build consensus, and execute at a high level. Those experiences continue to influence how I approach negotiations, problem-solving, and client relationships today. Outside of brokerage, I’m deeply passionate about real estate as an investment and development asset class. I’m an active partner in NB Develop and regularly involved in commercial and residential property management, acquisitions, and rehabilitation projects.
